1. Purchasing Terms
  • Online Purchase:
    Minimum spending of SGD 250 per order required.
  • Head Office (No Walk-In):
    9 Tagore Lane, #03-01 9@Tagore, Singapore 787472.
2. Payment Method
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash payment (for self-collect only)
  • Pay Now
3. Domestic Delivery
  • Product will be delivered within 14 working days upon payment.
  • A delivery fee of SGD 30 will be charged for domestic delivery.
  • No delivery services on:
    • Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays
    • Sentosa area, Jurong Island and TUAS
    • Restricted area
  • We make every effort to deliver your order within the scheduled date. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, like weather condition or traffic/parking restrictions, may result in delayed delivery. All delivery stated, agreed or represented by us are meant to be indicative estimates only. We will not be bounded by or be responsible for any inconvenience or loss arising to you from late deliveries.
  • Due to hygiene protocol, product cannot be returned, exchanged and refunded.
  • For rearrangement or rescheduling of domestic delivery, there will be an additional delivery charge of SGD 30.
  • We will inform you once stock is ready and schedule a delivery date.
4. Overseas Delivery
  • Product will be delivered within 14 working days upon payment.
  • For overseas shipping, we only provide courier delivery via DHL and FedEx.
  • Shipping fee is charged based on weight and location. We will inform you the final shipping fee once we have confirmed your order.
  • We make every effort to deliver your order within the scheduled date. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, like natural disaster or traffic/parking restrictions, may result in delayed delivery. All delivery stated, agreed or represented by us are meant to be indicative estimates only. We will not be bounded by or responsible for any inconvenience or loss arising to you from late deliveries.
  • We are not responsible for any damaged products and custom clearance.
  • Due to hygiene protocol, product cannot be returned, exchanged and refunded.
5. Testing

Product purchased is non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, you may book an appointment with us, and visit our office to test the product before purchase.
